This policy covers the one-time Lifetime purchase for Promethean, operated by Whetstone Labs (Netherlands, KvK 42104845). The Free plan costs nothing, so nothing in it is refundable.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you buy Lifetime and it is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Just email whetstonelabsnl@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or use the support options in the receipt Stripe sent you.
This guarantee gives you at least the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have by law. Because access to Lifetime starts immediately after payment, your purchase is a digital service that begins at once with your agreement; the 14-day guarantee applies regardless.
After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We will consider them in cases such as a fault in the Service that we were unable to fix, or a double charge. We cannot refund trading losses: the Service places the orders you configure, on your own exchange accounts, and the outcome of those trades is not something we control.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are therefore issued by Stripe to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Stripe may also issue a refund directly under its own consumer protection rules.
What happens to your account
A refunded Lifetime purchase returns your account to the Free plan automatically. Your account, bots, keys and logs are kept; only the Lifetime limits are removed. Any positions open on your exchange accounts are unaffected and remain yours to manage.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us first. We would rather fix the problem or refund you than have you raise a dispute with your bank. Accounts associated with a chargeback that is found to be unjustified may be closed.
